Al Khawaneej Mall

Al Khawneej project is a commercial center which is currently in the design phase. Its first phase includes a hypermarket of the Union Coop with an area of 131,041.74 sq. ft. and 59 shops with a commercial area of 40,063.46 sq. ft. and a total built-up area of 279,609.36 sq. ft., in addition to the 578 parking spaces.
